1. The Gear Page is run by musicians for musicians. We listen, we learn and if we misstep we are not afraid to do the right thing. We proposed some changes to the Emporiums. Based on feedback from members, we have decided to not go ahead with those changes. However, it has also highlighted that we need some community input into what is working and what is not working for members here. John Mayer 2012 Spring Tour supporting Born and Raised/ Shadow Days(first single)

    So, Shadow Days, the first single just dropped at radios today, you can hear the official studio version here:


    About the tour:

    Mayer produced Born and Raised with Don Was,David Crosby and Graham Nash provide vocals on the title song and musicians joining Mayer on the album and on the road include Chuck Leavell, Sean Hurley on bass and Aaron Sterling on drums. Rounding out the touring band are David Ryan Harris on guitar and vocals, Doug Pettibone on guitar and Michito Sanchez on percussion.

    The album should be realesed after this Spring Tour.

    John as once again teamed up with North California Institue of Research and Education (NCIRE), which provides programs to help U.S. veterans readjust to civilian life. Concertgoers will be able to purchase tickets in a specific section through Tickets-For-Charity, while Mayer has also set up an auction on eBay where fans can bid on front row tickets and a chance to meet the singer, with the proceeds of both going to the NCIRE.
