    Hi Niels,

That's a great sound for this BT. Is that you Marshall "thingie" again?
If it is I would really like to know how it sounds on its own direct to computer. If I understand correctly you use the Marshall as an interface between your OD pedals and the computer. It's a great idea and if it sounds good clean then I'm gonne get one and start experiementing with all my old OD pedals!

Could you please record two short clean clips? One with a Strat and one with a humbucker guitar? Pleeeeeease?

    Cheers,

    Mats N

Lol thanks, yes that is the dreaded DRP-1 again, it does quite nice stock as well, I am just an endless modifier;)
I used my ancient MK1 drive again, they had more gain back then actually.
I'll record it tommorow, have to see my bed now:D

Here is my strat directly into the DPR-1.
I use 10-46 strings and APS-1's, the bridge is an APS-2 with a steelbar underneath the magnetrods.

And here is my Wolfgang with an APH-1 Seymour Duncan humbucker in the neck spot, and an old DiMarzio Superdistortion in the bridge spot, it has been modded with an A5 magnet instead, plus a plastic piece between the magnet and the coils.
Normally I would use a compressor to prevent the clipping.

It is not all that very different from a standart Marshall DPR-1, I used the lineout directly into the soundcard, which by the way is a POS piece;)
    I'll upgrade later on.
    :D

    Hi Niels,

Thanks for posting the clean clips. Very interesting. It seems like it has the mids I have a problem with getting when using my equipment. The top end is quite nice too. I will have to look into these units with the purpose of getting one. May be a problem as I think they're out of production.

    Thanks again!
