Julian Lage was willing to do a clinic at a high school where I was a guitar teacher, as long as Steve Kimock could do it.
In true Kimock spirit of community he agreed to it and showed up at 9am, so did Julian.

They whittled the time down to like four minutes of playing time and this is what they did.
And dig the impromtu spoken word that gives the tune its name.

    Ah,,, high school

Enjoy this is an improved , eq'd version, a little better

    Terrible recording, true.

But a Steve 'n' Julian duo record would be a very interesting undertaking. That's quite a meeting of minds!

A great field recording, as opposed to other field recorders that do a crappy job

The H4 should rock, I have the Zoom H2 and the Zoom video recorder, both great field tools.

imo that is, :) (the only things I really like from Zoom)

But it sounds like his recorder is in his pocket or covered?????????

I transcribed and learned the first few choruses of each, put it on paper

    Steve really starts off STOMPING

(this is 9am and way early for either of these guys, this is before coffee kicks in)
