I did this version with the neck pu of the Baker B1 and recorded with an Audex mike and Tone Spotter speaker. I have hd trouble with the neck pu farting out on the lower strings before but this take seemed to turn out fairily clear. I have allways liked a neck pu sound more than a bridge pu sound.

Comments welcome and thanks for listening.

We get this mentioned a bit. High output neck pickups especially will do this. I suggest lower input gain, reduced bass (if not in gain boost mode) and sometimes lowering the pickups on the low side a little bit too. It can happen, but it can also be tuned out pretty easily with these tweaks. Alot depends on the pickups, the strings (heavier (low) strings have more output than the thin (high) ones) and control settings.

    Nice clip though !

    Hi Greg,

No farts here on this side of the Atlatic. Just cool playing and good sound. I usually with you on the neck vs bridge pu issue but when it come to a good 2 hb guitar through a Fuchs it seems all is good. Still saving for that Fuchs!

    Cheers,
