Yesterday I picked up my first Marshall - the one in the title. Any suggestions of what pedals I might need> I like the tone of Hendrix, Zep, AC/DC, VH, Scorps, etc.

The guy I bought it from had an MXR Carbon Copy that sounded sweet so I'm bidding on one of those.

I also have several pedals from my quest to sound like a Marshall when I had a Fender amp including a Tim, Wampler Pinnacle, Keeley Mod BD-2, then the old vibe, wah, phaser.

    Any suggestions?

as elicious says, enjoy the amp for a while. Forget about the pedals for now.

I have a mini Jubilee incoming, the pedals will be relieved of service for a while.

    I suggest a channel switcher.

    I have the mini combo.
The amp has loads of shades of Marshall gain. A relatively low-mid gain setting and one or more boosts of your choice can make it feel like it has loads of channels.
