I just did the deed... :crazyguy nervous, scared.. excited... been playing a Goodsell which I love, but still dream of tones i used to get out of my ceriatone hrm that i had for a while... and a prs 2 channel amp that i tried.. I typically play at home or smaller gigs and church. I'm playing a Mccarty these days but I love strats and LPs and the McCarty gets me near both tones.

Any tips or thoughts on the ODS are genuinely welcomed.

As long as you didn't do the deed with the dead, you should be okay.

Congrats! You got yourself a killer amp. My ODS50 is a workhorse and has shined in many different band settings and styles.

I wanted an ODS, but settled for the Casino series (Blackjack 21). Absolutely loving it. Andy has designed some incredible amps. I'm sure you'll be stoked.

I love my ODS and you will love it too. Yes amazing array of overdrive from creamy to buzzy (in the best possible way) but what blew me away were the huge sparkling cleans. Congrats.

Very nice amp. I've been GASing for and ODS to round out my collection. Production of the ODS will cease after this year too so be glad you got one while you could. I'm saving up for a 100W head.

Bdam123 you mentioned production on the ODS is done after this year?

You are going to love it. My tds 100 is easily the best amp I've ever owned.

Fantastic amp. I've had my one 8 years and still love how great it sounds.

I had a ODS 30 combo many years ago. I still get all gooey when I remember how it sounded with a 335. Some day I'll have another. Enjoy.

Liked mine (50) when I got it. Love it now with ANOS tubes and Celestion speakers.

I think the Fuchs ODS are really nice amps. I had an ODS 50 for a while and thought it did a great job at nailing the jam band type of tone that I was trying to get back then.

Very cool amps with a lot of tweakability. Many different great sounds in there.

I also have a viper, which is a hugely underrated rock/metal amp. overall I don't think Andy makes an amp that isn't awesome.

next up I want to get either some EVMs or WGS12Ls for my 212 cab. I hear those types of speakers kill with the ODS and TDS.

Great Marshally tones. To me it sounds like a JTM with JCM gain. It's more mid focused and smother with better clarity than JCM. Great blues amp IMO. And the cleans are incredible too.

How tight is the low end response? If you palm mute some low power chords does it have a percussive bounce?

Congratulations on getting an amazing amp. I've only gotten the chance to play an ODS30 once, but it set a lasting benchmark for clean and drive tones for me. Enjoy the journey!
