She and Geddy Lee should have done a duet.
That's generally my impression of Kate Bush.
She’s intensely original and talented. It’s too much for some people.
Perfect pitch and not squeeky or harsh. She did this stuff live effortlessly.
I’m in awe of this song. One of my all time favorites.
Didn't she write this when she was 20 or something?
She was 18.
Old English folk music, cept Kate wrote modern old english folk music;from my perspective.
Another great one.
I absolutely adore Maddy Prior. I must have listened to half of the songs on Below The Salt a 1000 times.
killer little violin/fiddle? solo on this
Pat Benatar also recorded wuthering heights...think it's on her first album
Have been a fan ever since I saw her on SNL doing The Man With The Child in His Eyes in 1978.
She is a real Artist. Yes, with a capital 'A'.
And 'The Dreaming' is in my top 5 favorite albums of all time...
Kate is easily in the top ten of my all time favorite musicians. Maybe more specifically, in the top five of musicians I would have most liked to have collaborated with on a song.
