This may have already been shared, but I was watch a video of the making of Keith's "Get Closer" album and there's a really good shot of his studio pedalboard (probably one of the many) right around 4:46 min.

It looks like he's running: OCD, Xotic AC+, Carbon Copy, Option 5 Destination Rotation, Peterson Strobostomp, Boss RV reverb, Emma DiscomBobulator, and some yellow pedal (older Diamond comp?).

I have it on good info he's a gear head and had tons of stuff. I know for a fact he has XACT Tone Solutions Preamp #1. He got his (#1) ahead of me (can't imagine why?), he and some studio ace in Nashville (#2). I got #3.

My source told me Keith used his like the next night at some country music award show. Whether he still uses it is anyone's guess.

the yellow one looks like an old MXR Stereo Chorus

Seems he's moved on from the Cornish Pedals...

There's a few rig run down vids of Keith on the net and one thing that seems to be common is that he changes gear like his underwear... His tech has definitely got his work cut out for him ;)

Keith Urban is a sick talent and phenomenal player. I can listen to him play anytime and really get off on it.

I was not aware that uses/owns a Dumble. He's a huge gear whore so it certainly doesn't surprise me. I personally think his best tone was with Matchless.

:agree:agree

I have an Wampler Paisley incoming....anyone know if it can cop some convincing Urban tones?

I love KU's tone. I tried the Paisley, but it sounded too Paisley to me :bonk, not enough Keith. Needless to say, a great pedal, but it was not for me.

Do you guys know what ended up happening to paisley or Urban's gear since that flood?
fixed when possible, thrown away when not.

As far as the "urban drive" coming out, it's still a work in progress. Keith is using several of our pedals now, including the paisley drive as well as our ego comp.
