Now you can share your rig :
Seems to me it is absolutely essential to working with that box, glad they gave owners the tools to share. Nicely done Kemper.
Looks nice. Great initiative...
I wonder if the time will come when people will start to charge for profiles that are 'professionally' done, or profiles of ultra rare amps?
Much like some companies are doing with professional cab impulses? Not sure how much time it takes to create a profile - I know the creation of IR's is a tedious and exacting science...
But I am thinking that some people might be lucky enough to get their hands on, say, Robben Ford's or John Mayer's amp and profile that... I wonder if there would be a demand and how much they would sell for?
I only Get the option to upload Profiles where do you get to download them ect?
Cool - Do you have to be a logged in and registered Kemper amp user (with serial number) to get to this exchange?
Just log in.
It's in the support section.
Now that's the news! Let the game begin.
I think they should give the option to rate the profiles. Even though that would be a bit abstract. I suppose the number of profiles in the section will get overwhelming
Already 100 profiles?
Yesterday I realized I was approaching 1000 rigs in my KPA so I started deleting. Now I "only" have like 600 but if this exchange thing gets growing with the americans getting into profiling. There will be an abundance of profiles.
For me the KPA already does what I need it to do.
Got some really nice clean Bassman and Super Reverb profiles yesterday and some very cool Legacy high gain profiles.
The KPA is just so much fun. I sound better than I ever did.
no-one interested anymore.......
Agreed - wait until someone profiles a Dumble then get the popcorn....
Actually I'd really really like an Emerald Pro kipper file.
