Did this clip this morning for Vlad and Don Barzini to check out. They were asking about the TopJimi Marshall stuff. These are couple of my favorite profiles. Just me noodling, then switching profile … then noodling some more.

I did a little "Bark at the Moon" and some finger tapping on a pretty clean AC30! Still sounds good!

    Here are the profiles used:
    • TJ-68 SuperLead 5
    • TJ-68 SuperLead 6
    • TJ-74 SuperLead Med-3
    • TJ-LJ Marshall 9 (Lee Jackson Mod)
    • TJ-78 Marshall 50W 9
    • TJ-Jubilee Med-2
    • TJ-Vox AC30-MaxNrml
    • TJ-Vox AC30MedTBst

Used my Mammoth Custom San Dimas. These profiles are "as is" with no editing on the Kemper OR in Logic Pro X

    Sounds Good dude!

The 68 SL 6 sounds like it has more sponge/give than some of the others. Do some of these feel as stiff/unforgiving as they sound?

I recall hearing some crazy good samples of Marshall tone on M Britt's site. Have you had any luck with his Marshall profiles?

Yeah man, get 'em! I put up some reviews on his site but they have to get approved. I liked and was going to purchase like 4 or 5 of his Marshall ones but then realized it was more cost effective to get the whole bundle.

There are many sounds men can use in the bundle.

Thanks! I don't know, for me, that any FEEL particularly stiff. I will say, I pick profiles out of the packs that feel good while I am playing them. He gives you a LOT of options for each amp. I think the '68 has about 14 or 16 different profiles in it all at various settings (like most guys do I suppose). Some feel more right to me than others, but then I go from my Mammoth San Dimas to the Mammoth neck thru Les Paul custom and the others sound and feel right. Kind of like an amp in real life. They react different to different guitars.

I have had a few MBritt profiles sent to me to test from friends. So far, I prefer the TopJimi Marshalls. With that said, I have YET to try a better JCM800 than V/Rads. Again, my opinion.

Thanks bud! Yeah, that's my slop! LOL! Unfortunatly my slop and my "on" is pretty similar! :facepalm

Jeremy, those sound killer. My fave was the 68SL 3. It sounded like Warren DeMartini.

Yeah man. The TJ stuff is legit.

I just got ANOTHER USA RAT in the mail today. It's a big box reissue. Going to see how it sounds in front of the Kemper ...
