Here I am. Rock you in the Daddy Cave.
My next obvious question in these situations is “why am I wasting breath with this person?”. Asking to talk to the CEO is just not my next question. Certainly not for an inquiry, anyway. Hang up the phone and go google like I should have done in the first place.

Suffice to say, I don’t have too many of these moments. I learned very early on there is never any guarantee a customer service rep or sales person is gonna be of any help whatsoever. That’s just the sad reality of life. Yes, it often seems like common sense to “go to the source”. But we also know the “source” is rarely reliable to give the entire picture.

All OP would have had to do was a quick search through TGP for info. I know more about kiesel than I would ever care to know from these threads.

Why? Why would anyone start a thread like this? I must admit I do find it entertaining. I keep getting sucked in. I’m not proud. OTOH, I also now know not to call Kiesel. Not necessarily to avoid bad service. There’s that. But really, I can sift through all the info readily available on the interwebz and figure things like return policies (and any associated issues) on my own, and come to my own conclusion if I want to give a company any money.

The OP doesn't know how to take "no" for an answer because he failed to learn coping skills. And his parents failed to teach such skills to him.

The OP obviously doesn't know the social cue of an employee being rude is an indicator of a poorly run company in the sense of lack of training for customer service employees.

Instead of simply saying thank you to the rude employee & hanging up, the OP created a thread in order to have his feelings validated. That's a sign of an emotionally weak, immature & unstable person. Kinda like a kid who takes his ball & goes home because nobody wants to play by his "rules".

Most of the time in service you’re talking to the day the person is having and not the person. On the other hand, I don’t blame anybody for not wanting to take a call from someone, that’s not even a customer, complaining about your policies and not much else. Sounds like wasted time to me. Kudos to the people who do that, but if you expect that from everyone, it just ain’t gonna happen. Being told no doesn’t really warrant all this.

I called Curtis Novak pickups for an order and guess who answered my call and answered all my questions....Curtis. I know it’s a Keisel thread...I almost called them for an order. I wouldn’t anymore.

No offense, OP, but what else is new? Kiesel is a **** show customer service wise all the way around. I would and have steered people away from their products based on the numerous accounts of awful CS.

Curtis Novak has, as of March 2020, a grand total of 4 employees in his entire company so...very sensible comparison! :rotflmao
