I am so excited about that that I have to share this with you. Last week I made a deposit for a double neck Koll Tornado with a fretless neck and a fretted neck - and it'll be a lefty!
So far we've decided on the pickups for the fretted neck, those will be two Lollar P-90's and a hipshot tremolo.
As far as the fretless is concerned I'll have Saul install a sustainiac in place for the neck pickup, the humbucker for the bridge position hasn't been chosen yet.
Apart from that Saul will build some "David Torn stuff" into it, i.e. momentary switches which control the 60 cycle hum, an onboard feedback mic, and the external input jack.

Body will be Korina - fretless with ebony fingerboard, fretted with rosewood fingerboard.

This will be great! Don't you think...

    cheers,
    Uli

That sounds like a crazy cool guitar. So is Saul taking orders again? If so, I will need to give him a call for a baritone that I want him to build for me.

Yeah, that'd be cool if he started taking orders again. My DL Thinline is set to ship today or tomorrow. And he stopped taking new custom orders right after I placed my order.

A double neck Tornado sounds flippin cool!:RoCkIn

Rawk on Josh! I'll have the finished pics up here as soon as humanly possible.

Got an email from Saul 5 min ago to await the tracking info.

So sorry for the highjack guys. Back to double neck Tornado talk!!! I was just saying that I'm stoked he's taking some new orders.
