Koll in Premier Guitar

I snuck a photo of my Tornado into an article for this month's Premier Guitar. It's not identified in the caption, but those who get it will know what it is.

Oh yeah. It looks very similar to my Tornado except for them modern connector things. I just love the shape of the Tornado.

Oh yeah, waiting on my own Tornado too... Saul just told me after finishing up a small batch today and tomorrow, mine's on deck. Can't wait! (well, my other Koll makes the wait easier though)

They are kind of addictive, aren't they? I've barely touched my other electrics since I got mine, but I'm still GASing for another. It's gonna have to wait a bit though - I guess it gives me plenty of time to decide the specs.

They are tottaly addictive.

I alredy now what I want for my second Koll.
$$$$ is only issue that I hawe right now.

Yes they are quite addictive. My Koll is the best playing, best sounding and just plain coolest guitar *I've ever seen or played*. It didn't take long for me to realize since I didn't play my other guitars... I just had to have another one. Within 6 months of getting mine, I already started dreaming up a new one and about a month later it was on order. I won't insist that Saul is the best guitar maker in the world, but I know he has to be among them. #1 for me anyway! :BEER

My next one will be an effort to get P90 and strat/quack "inbetween" sounds out of one guitar.

1 piece dark(greenish) Korina neck
Dimarzio Virtual P90s, Area 67 in the middle
Hipshot Trem w/Graphtech Saddles

Hey Aaron,

I find your specs very interesting, because I have always planned on one day spec'ing a guitar with Fralin P90's and a Fralin SP42 or SP43 in the middle. You've got to give us a tone report when yours is complete. Killer looking swamp ash, by the way.
