Do any of you have tunes, clips or both of the Komet amp that you can post on here? Would love to hear them! Thanks!

I thought those clips that tonedaddy posted were very good. In fact I liked them more than the ones on the Komet site....they sound more realistic, maybe because they have more gain...they are very Marshall like sounding....on the Komet site they sound more smooth and not as aggressive...those clips gave me a new perspective about that amp...it really can be aggressive....

The Calgary shootout soundfiles are nice. I can only imaging how loud it must have been, though Very nice sounding amp.

the shades files were good also.

Thanks. I would like to point out that the one named Bartsnippet is a Komet on the rhythm guitar not the lead, which was a two rock emerald pro.

Thanks, Bill! I've changed the file name to reflect that info.

Just a bit of analog delay on the tele track. Pardon the clams =)
Nice clips and tone, PAF!

I'm added these to my web collection (trying to build a large collection of amp clips for everyone's reference). Let me know if that's a problem for ya.

It wasn't crazy loud. We ran it though a Power Brake.

If so, how loud was the Vox?

All those clips from Calgary were done the same way if a recall. All full volume but through a Marshall Power Brake into a vintage 4x12 cab. The brake kncked the volume down quite a bit. Thanks for saving those clips btw... I'd lost them long ago.

Umm. The Calgary clips are humbucker (vintage Flying V), plugged straight in... Sorry, can't help you with the Lynch/Freed thing.
