Just got a Mondo so I can run these pedals with Sag or 12VDC. Obviously two completely different voices will happen, just wondering what people have experimented with.

The Mondo needs dip switches set to allow this, and it's mounted under my pedal board so a bit tough to switch in the middle of practice.

I know the sag will make them more hairy, but do you lose any gain with the 12VDC? I run the KOT with the gain maxed.

    Noticeable with these pedals?

The Timmy will sound a bit more sparkly at 12V... I never noticed an increase in gain but I also don't max it out.

I've never played a KOT so I can't help you there!

Thx. The KOT says the DIST setting probably wont work below 7v. I will probably run them at 9 and at 12 first. If i can hear any difference worth posting clips ill leave them hear for both pedals.

i really like my timmy at 12 volts - not as noticeable as 18, but gives a little more... something.
