Anyone have any first hand experience with this amp?

Who is "amp guru" James Brown?

Google doesn't disclose much of anything about either... at least not from the search criteria I submit...

    TIA for all responses!

James Brown is the man who designed and engineered the Peavey 5150 and 5150 II series from the ground up. Worked closely with EVH. Think he had a hand in the Classic 100, 50, 30 and 20 amps as well.

That dude is the man. I've been looking over some Peavey stuff lately, and it's pretty complicated. His stuff is way different than the regular FMV layouts.

Screw the V100, what about the Double Cross? 6-6L6's or EL34's? It's a Monsta!

Why aren't more people talking about this amp?

K... now I know who James Brown, the amp guru, is... Peavey, Kustom, amptweaker...

Bumping to see if anyone has even heard a V100 in person... anyone?
