Good voice, but it seemed she was trying to draw too much attention to herself...the dress, the melisma, the theatrics.
But I suppose without all those things, we never would have heard of her.

On the contrary, Garth nailed it. And I'm not a fan of his, but that seemed way soulful.

I almost cried when I saw K.D Lang sing Hallelujah for the 2010 Winter Olympics. Very underrated singer and she knows about about studio gear.
