Larrivee L04

    I just got a larrivee L04 for 660 (cracked top/no case) can anyone give me more info about this guitar, it's my understanding that it was replaced by the L05. It looks like a cedar top and rosewood back and sides but I'm not sure.

    ... if memory serves correctly, the -04 series came out after the 03, basically a 03 with a gloss top...

    Larrivee might fix the guitar, it comes with a life time guarantee, you might contact them and see. A cracked top can be several things, if its in the finish, the top wood or in the bracing. A good luthier can fix them pretty easily, just depends on whats broken.



    I have a Larivee Florentine Cutaway, have not had a problem with that guitar, really love it.
