I thought some of you might be interested in this one. Larry hasn't done anything like this before in North America:

    A WEEKEND with LARRY CARLTON, JULY 20TH & 21ST

19-time GRAMMY-winning, world-renowned guitarist Larry Carlton lights up
The Velvet Note (Alpharetta) stage with two epic shows: JULY 20TH:
"Larry Carlton 1978 Album/Steely Dan" & JULY 21ST: "The Crusaders
Remembered". Larry Carlton has played an essential role in that
anthology, and he brings his own band to The Velvet Note with
performances that celebrate of the 1978-era of Steely Dan, including his
renowned guitar work on the single, “Kid Charlemagne”.

    Gary Novak (drums)
    Travis Carlton (bass)
    Andrew Lippman (horns)
    Paulie Ceres (horns)
    Jacob Mann (keys)

Note to Musicians: On Sunday afternoon at 2:00, Larry Carlton will lead
    a select Masterclass.

All tickets can be purchased at http://thevelvetnote.com/shows-ticketing
    or by calling 855.5.VELVET.

Larry is an excellent communicator of his musical knowledge in addition to being World class musician. Those two are not always common in the same person......I'd jump! He will be remembered as one of the greatest of all time....You will kick yourself.
