Never really listened to him before. Picked up his latest, 'Loud and Proud'. What a most excellent record. The guy is smokin' hot on guitar. Dig it :rockin

And he's a great guy, too. From right here in Maine, too, I might add!

Johnny is also the sweetest guy..
I met him at Experience PRS and when I complimented his playing he was actually embarrassed... like no one has given him the news that he's a guitar god

He's got a couple of great instructional DVDs out also...quite a good teacher in that setting.

He's a "kitchen sink"-er alright! I was part of an ad hoc rhythm section for a festival date he was on and we careened wildly from country chicken-pickin' to funk to heavy metal, and all stops in between! Whatta ride! Nice kid, too.

Quite frankly, I could not help but wonder about his state of (un)health! I have never seen a person of his considerable bulk who van shove greasy food into his yap, whilst simultaneously sucking down cigarettes (he burns up about a half-inch of cigarette per draw!) like he can do!! He makes Keith Richards look like Jack LaLaine!!! Hope he is as "bullet-proof" as he seems!
