A girl I'm dating lives in Baton Rouge, La.
So she likes going to this place. I take her out there, it's a casual mexican-type restaurant with a rock and roll type vibe, with big screens playing music videos, guitars on the menus, etc.

So we get some margaritas and chips. The house 'ritas are pretty good.

And then, this garage door opens up, and there's a band playing from this stage I never saw...

I'm thinking, pretty cool. This is a place that is actually DESIGNED around having live music.
While you're eating, socializing, drinking, you don't hear or see the band setting up until it's time for them to perform.
The band was OK, kind of meh, actually, but I was just more impressed with the concept.

Anyone else been to a place like this? I think it's a chain.
Has anyone played at a place like this? What's it like playing for them?

Google says only one, no chain. Sounds like they might have chain aspirations? Could see something like that in Myrtle Beach.
