    A few things really jump out at me on listening to these...

    The guitar tones are terrible standing alone. Thin, brittle, no warmth or body at all. In the mix they're perfect.

    Duanes slide intonation is pretty bad. At times you can hear him hunting for the correct pitch. Again in the mix it sounds amazing. (Go to hell auto tune)

    Diane's playing is on fire. Total energy, totally on the mark, we miss you Duane.

    The organ is the icing on the cake, bacon with the eggs, ketchup on the fries. In the mix it's very subtle but the contribution to the final mix is over the top.

    This was a masterpiece. How these guys managed this is beyond me. True talent across the board.
