Wonderful playing Jack ...
Man, that is your sound ... something about that axe fits you perfectly ...
Loved all the tones ... That's a keeper .. don't U Dare get rid of that ..
Wow ... !!
Now that's what i'm talkin about...
I can immeditely tell that guitar is a serious weapon.
What are you playing thru?
I think this is my all time favorite clip of yours...I know this is not a real popular tone for the jazzers...but I just think it is gold standard stuff...for what I like...
Yeah and very fluid and coherent playing too...
wow, thanks guys. It was such a quick throw-together. I was playing through a Timmy set for a volume boost (no gain), zendrive, digiverb and my gries 35. (delay added in software). Strings are daddario 11s but I think i'm going to do the adam rogers mod and bump the top strings up to .012, .016, .018
Sounds great man ! So your running the Timmy and Zendrive on together ?? You going to buy that cool axe ??? It seems to bounce between both straight jazz sounds and fusion seamlessly...Nice mix too...Looks like you had to multi-track ?? Whatever you did, worked great ! The Wiz !
Dude Zucker ... don't change anything .. it's PERFECT, just like it is ...!!!!!!!
Now it would be great to hear you comp on it without any OD ...!!
I'm ready for a CD from you ! You have teased everyone here long enough ! haha
thanks guys, I'll do some more clips on it. I think i'm going to put heavier strings on it to give it a bit more jazz flavour and do a few more experiments. They also make a semi-hollow LP style with a spruce top (no f-holes) and a spruce top 335 style with a 5pc L5 style neck. I'm wondering if the latter might be right up my alley as a cross-over guitar?
Yes, I multi-tracked this one. I think that's the way to go on these.
Nice stuff Jack
Perfect Jack! F' the purists. A little chirping bite on the tone does wonders!! Killer playing too....
Thanks Scott (and others).
Mic was a senn e609
Really nice lines and the chops to execute them; sweet tone on that guitar as well!
your smokin' man...
