A lot of guys over there talk about Bartlett, but that is only the body template. I like the look of the deluxe set from guitartemplates.com with the neck profile, set neck angle refrence etc, but I've heard thta they are a pain to deal with and sell an unprecise product.
You should check out the My Les Paul forum's luthier's corner - http://www.mylespaul.com/forums/luthiers-corner/ - there's a wealth of information about building Lesters, including templates. One of the long-time contributors to that forum created accurately scaled plans off the Cato drawings and gave them to guitarbuildingtemplates.com so their current templates should be accurate.
One of the most debated features of the original 'burst is the top carve. I doubt you'll find a flat template that shows it adequately, but this is covered in great detail in the luthier's corner. Good luck.
