    Check this out.
I thought I would be bored with this, but it is actually pretty sweet.
Beginning to end Les Paul factory build.
Hope you like it as much as I did.
Helps one to appreciate why they cost so much

Great video but wouldn’t describe it as a “factory” build, more artisan. I doubt very much my Gibson was built like this!

Cool video, but not a factory build. That's more like a boutique/small builder approach to a LP style guitar. That guy put a lot more time and energy into that build than what actually goes into a Gibson Les Paul.
I'm not criticizing, I like watching people build cool things. And I like the way it turned out. But quite a bit different from a factory built guitar.

Cool video. A factory mass production guitar will involve quite a bit of CNC and automation versus what the video showed. It's the only way to scale up the numbers they produce. The Gibson videos show a bunch of that IIRC

Thanks for posting this. I like how that one turned out, and at $2750 it’s reasonable for a fully handmade LP.

The luthier is named Dan Strack, and while the finish and knotty pine vibe doesn't appeal to me at all, I admire any craftsman who can hand build an instrument like that. I certainly don't have the talent, that's for sure.

His website. He makes furniture also. https://strackwoodworking.com/guitars
