I'm looking at Gibson Les Pauls, but I can't seem to find one with a neck I like. The neck I have found very comfortable on a Gibson is a '61 Reissue SG neck. It feels very flat and wide from E to E, with nice shoulders. Not too fat from back to front.

I've tried what are called 60's necks on LP's, and they don't feel the same to me.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks.

Look for an older Les Paul Classic with slim 60's profile.

A few GOTW's LP's had what appears to be an SG neck if I recall.
