After dialing my OD trimmer down to a little over 11:00, I tried my Schecter Tele (Left) and Yamaha SA2000 semi-hollow (Right) on the D'Lite 22 w/6V6 through the OD channel. It's against a John Findlay (I think I'm right) backing track. Both are on OD channel recorded with no compression ... just mastered with a limiter.

Played though a 2x10 sealed Eminence cabinet.

I was beginning to get sick with the flu last night while laying the tracks down. Full on sick today but I was tired of sleeping so a mixed/mastered. I will probably listen later and decide I should have waited.

    :)

Very nice articulate overdrive. Very nice detail to the notes and the "chirpy" overdriven tone. Nice poppy groove to this clip, and very good mix. Tone and mix were great Ken. A job WELL done.:)

Thanks guys ... the amp is getting closer. If you listen the 3:50 where the backing track gets low ... that's what this amp is starting to give me. Still learning to mix it when everything else is up in the mix.

They are Eminence 105-16 in parallel for an 8 ohm load. Each will take about 75w, so they are way more than I need but I like the sound. I am enjoying the amp.

The Tele is on the left I believe but the right was a semi-hollow body Yamaha SA2000 that's been my main squeeze since '80. I think they both worked but you do have to change settings between single coils and humbuckers.

What kind of 10's are you considering? I really like the sound of 10s but mine can take about 150w load ... much more than needed from this 22w amp. Just curious?
