a while back I was doing some searches on amps like the London 65, Tomcat, Voxer, etc and I remember one amp (may not of been in the list I mentioned) being described as a Lightning with a 18 watt power section
Does anyone remember saying that or have a clue to what I'm referring?

appreciate any help I can get!

the cub is what stick in my mind also.........we usually hear the 65 desribed as a cross with a AC15...........tho Lightnings are sometimes descibed as AC15's on steriods..........so lots of opinion are right, but I'm looking for a direct quote that I read here during the last month or so and as I recall from a very regular member. Hopefully he will see this and chime in......

i dont feel that the lightning and the cub are similar at all. i have only tried one of each though and not at the same time. the lightning didnt do anything for me. the cub, on the other hand, i loved.
