Liked the old "bump" system more, 2 ideas to improve

    The old Emporium bump system made it straightforward to discern which posts were truly new and which ones had been there for an extended period/forever (just look at post count).

    I appreciate and share the desire to facilitate selling and an active marketplace. I understand how "auto bumping" could contribute to this result (less work for sellers, active posts get prioritized).

    Shopping/buying is an important part of the marketplace though too. Buyers now have to work harder to search for what they want (or could justify buying - this is the Emporium!).

    Idea #1: turn on the originally posted feature and enable sorting [can pop up the newest posts quickly].

    Idea #2: limit the number of bumps so old posts don't perpetually get bumped [only truly active ones; some version of this may be in place - haven't sold anything since the change].
