I dunno about SL, but I was able to get firmware updates working on Windows 7. Just set Monkey to run in Vista SP3 compatibility mode, and you should be good to go.

Re monkey, it will not work in SL at all, firmware updating wise.

Good to know you can get round it in 7, but if it goes TU ... It is not supported.

You should not have to do that IMHO.

There has been some delay as you've noticed in bringing it out. I've changed it on my site aswell.

My guess is they want to get the drivers working for Windows 7 and Snow Leopard otherwise people would be upset that they could not upgrade....and rightly so the driver situation with lack of information is a joke and an insult to customers.

Good point.

I think I saw the L6 comment regarding the drivers that they expect to release the driver at the end of the month. So it may be that the 2.0 update will come then too.

yes they made a comment along the lines of an updated driver for Windows 7 would be by the end of Jan and Snow Leopard would be in Feb.

We don't know if this means fully supported and functional drivers and software or just updated and non-supported drivers.

I hope it is the full monty.

Bump. The flash update has been released!

I haven't spent much time with the new effects, but they seem to be pretty good. I think the new tremolo is going to be a lot of fun.

I'd like to know when they're gonna incorporate the tuner into Gearbox for the X3...... The way I use the X3 makes it a PITA to tune.

No win7 or Snow Leopard updating yet, line 6 say they should be switching on this feature in the coming week.

Looking forward to having a play, bit disapointed that there is no particle verb or octoverb, but hey they can't please everyone .
