Line out on Fender Rumble 40 question

If you connect the line out to a PA, is the internal speaker in this amplifier disabled or does it continue to make sound? Thank you in advance for your answer to this simple question. New territory for me.

I have one of these amps and have not tried the line out, so this is a good question. It would be good if it did NOT disable the speaker because then you could use it for a monitor if you use it during a live performance with a PA. If you haven't done so already, you should post this here

I can't find a manual on line, but there's a simple test you can do. Just plug a wire into the Jack making sure the other end doesn't touch anything. I'd be very surprised if it will turn the speaker off.

Unless the line out is the " send" of an effects loop, I would expect the speaker make sound.

it would be the first amp I've heard of that did disable the speaker by plugging in the line out.

I know nothing about bass amplifiers, which is why I asked the question. I did not have any reason to believe it would or wouldn't disable the speaker. Thank you all for the help.
