little help?

I've built sevral partscasters over time but I hit a wall. I picked up this body after a misreading and don't know where to start. Strat styles are easy cause there are parts aplenty, but since I picked this up from gfs factory buyout, there are no names or even codes to start my hunt. Ideas on maybe a stock pickguard to start off with would be a great point in the right direction. Thank you for any help.

Anything ladies and gents. Did I put it in the wrong section? I'm just curious so I can start on my next build. Thank you.

wow yeah, that could be anything, likely "3rd tier" pac rim stuff like cort or vantage; the hardest thing is gonna be finding a neck that's remotely close to the same scale/pocket configuration.

i'd see about solving that puzzle before bothering with anything else here.

(looking again, the neck heel reminds me of fernandez or yamaha, so maybe it's nicer "2nd tier" pac rim.)

Those are Asian import bodies.

It's anybody's guess what the specs are.

You will have to measure carefully to see what will fit.

The neck I have fits nicely, but I guess Im going to have to dive in at my first attempt at making my own pickguard. Gotta start somewhere. haha

the neck physically fits, but is it the right specs and scale length?

you want to measure from the edge of the nut to the center of the 12th fret, then measure that same distance from the 12th fret to the bridge; the measurement needs to end up right where the string first touches the high E saddle, with room for the other saddles to be adjusted a little further back than that.
