Got off work early yesterday and had some free time to drink a few beers and play guitar! :JAM Made a few gnarly videos running my SG thru my Tim pedal. My first time of using the two together. I usually play the SG straight into an amp, but WOW I was impressed with the Tim. I've bought and sold a lot of pedals over the years, and Tim is the ONLY one I've never considered letting go. Plenty of bum notes but I had a lot of fun playing yesterday. Be gentle. ;)

    Nice video.
And some nice playing! How do Chords with the Tim sound (I never saw one of them over here in Germany)?

    That guitar sounds incredible...

I take it that was with the boost engaged, right?

Thanks for the kind comments. Yes, that's with the boost engaged. I generally don't run the pedal like this, but with the SG it just seemed like the right thing to do! :RoCkIn

Those are the stock Gibson P90's in there btw.

As for chords, I think the Tim sounds articulate and clear.

Is it a Townshend Sig model? Whatever it is, it sounds phenomenal.

Not a Townshend. It's just a Custom Shop SG Special. Don't see too many of them around. Love the wraparound bridge! Thanks for taking a look! Here's the other vid I did with it.

Wow. Your 2nd video really is good. Tone, playing is outstanding. I cannot get over how good that amp/pedal/guitar sounds.

Thanks for the comments everyone! I also did a double take of one of those vids using my R4 to compare it to the SG. I've had the guitar less than two weeks, so it was it's first go around with Tim. I think they make a great combination. Same thing, different guitar.

I've always used Tim on much cleaner settings. I can't believe I'm just now experiencing this side of the Tim. D'uh!
