I made the maiden voyage last night with my new Collings OM2H Cutaway, Madagascar RW/German Spruce top. My goodness this guitar is sooo musical and fluid. Not even broken in yet! Barely been played yet. I had an LR Baggs Anthem PU installed and picked it up yesterday. I LOVE this PU! It truly lets the voice of the guitar be heard.

This was at a bar and grill were I perform twice a month. They were pretty busy during dinner, so the recording picked up a lot of the background crowd noise, but still, its a pretty honest recording. The tone of the guitar came our really well and I am thrilled! It will only get better!

I will try to get a better recording at a gig I am doing tonight at Ritz Carlton. I am on the patio. Works great when its not too windy. But today is pretty windy. We shall see.

I am not sure why I can't embed the YouTube link. Here is the URL.

Very nice... Collings never disappoints. Not a single singer in that whole crowd?

That's a great acoustic tone you've got there. Very natural.

Thank you! I can't wait to get a more intimate recording.
