Logic Pro in live PA sound

Can anyone share their experience in using logic pro for live PA mixing? I want to use it as my main mixer and trash my old and failing Mackie. I have a presonus firepod (FireWire) for interface and could daisy chain another for more channels.

Any how to's or things to know/avoid would be great.
