    I can't wait.

Retroman has been so cool and let me know every step of the way!

Should be in the mail tommorow.

I have recently been bit by the fuzz thang, and am really gassing to try the sybil!

I also have a vibe syndrome and can't wait to replace my mayer vibe with this lot smaller one!

    Nice Strat, too!!

Really diggin' Sybil; Some of the gnarliest fuzztones on the planet, but in paralell mode, you can also get amp-like overdrive, even treble boost, from both the Ge & the Si side. Huge variety of sounds from a single pedal, and regardless of settings, it really cleans up nice w/the guitar's vol. knob.

Joe Wolf's a pleasure to deal with, too. Kept me informed at every stage of the build with detailed e-mails. If I wasn't so happy w/my UltraVibe, I would have ordered the Uber, too.

Please do post your impressions of the Vibe, once you've had a chance to play it a while.. What do ALL those switches do?

I'd like to hear some Uber Vibe clips! I know there are some on the site but I really find that user clips are more revealing. Enjoy!

So that knob on the side of the vibe is to use with your foot? I've been thinking of something along those lines- good implementation.

Yeah, supposed to be able to control the rate with the knob on the side.

    we'll see how it works.

I think that it might be nice if the knob were bigger so that it rises above the top of the unit so that your foot doesnt have to all the way off to the side in order to change the rate.

Hmm- I thought it looked just big enough to do that- seems like a nice way to be able to achieve subtle changes with your foot- pedals seem to be a hard way of dealing with that.
