I'll be getting a 1x12 combo for my Germino Classic 45 soon and am looking for a single 12 that can handle the full output of the Classic 45. I'm looking for the same classic tone I get out of my current pair of Celestion Greenbacks, thick and vintage-sounding. I've been looking at the Eminence Governor. Any suggestions?

I had that same setup using a Ceriatone JTM45 in a 1x12" combo. Eminence GB12 was a killer speaker in that setup.

Scumback will be close to vintage Greenback, get it in a higher powered model and it will roar good!

I'm running my Trinity SIII through an Avatar 2x12 bass cab that's ported and I put two 4-inch ports in. It's loaded with a Cannabis Rex and a Wizard and it's a great combo. Hell I hook my Omega modded Hot Rod Deluxe up to it and it absolutely sings.

Went cheap with a Mojotone BV30. Excellent choice and inexpensive. Check it out.

So the Silver Bell IS basically a potentially higher powered clone of the Greenback? I always thought that, but someone recently told me that the SB and GB were completely different speakers.
