I'm trying to move my band to add more contemporary stuff to the set lists. I have 3-4 Radiohead CDs but don't listen to the radio and don't know which songs are popular and which aren't. Also, we're decent but not the most talented band (2 guitars, bass, drums, vocalist) and I'd like to propose a song that doesn't require virtuoso musicianship.

    What do you suggest?

Creep is the most popular and easy to play.

My next suggestion would be Karma Police. Its's a better composition, somewhat recognizable, and easy to play as well.

Creep is do able, the vocals can be tough to pull off convincingly.

High and Dry was one of the first guitar solos I ever learned. I seem to recall the chords not being too difficult either!

I always thought Airbag, Electioneering or maybe even There There would be cool songs to cover.

However, I agree with the recommendations for Creep & Karma Police for popularity.

House of Cards is a great one. I used to cover that solo.

As someone else said, Creep, Karma Police are great, well known tunes.

I would also recomend Let Down and Everything in its right place.

I use to do a version of All I Need. I love that song! Reckoner is another beautiful song. But yea,
Creep, Fake Plastic Trees are two that most everyone knows.
