Looking for low to medium gain od

    Hey guys i've been using a Keeley ts9 mod plus for about 6 or 8 months now and i'm not real happy with it at all.Looking for something pretty open sounding without being too compressed.I had a Paisley Drive for a spell and never really bonded with it.I'm using a Wampler Hotwired for my higher gain stuff,i'm playin' Tele's thru a 65 RI Twin.And as we know Twins can be very picky when it comes to od pedals.Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.:bow

    Sold my Cmatmods Butah, but that was a really nice low gain clean boost. Very open.

    Screwdriver and Timmy do both low gain and medium gain pretty well.

    TC Electronic Vintage Tube Primer or T-Rex Møller. They are the same pedal internally. Very open sounding, can be used with or without the boost, which has an independent level control.

    I'd recommend you check out the the Wampler Ecstasy (toggle in middle position) and the Barber Half Gainer (the mids control is a real winner!)... they also sound great stacked (Barber > Wampler).

    I'm currently gassing for a Timmy.

    Definitely recommend the Timmy or the Jetter Helium if you don't want to wait that long.
