Thanks guys!!! This was my Peavey JF1, and a POD XT [I just got yesterday] direct to PC via my Q10 Aardvark. The loop I "borrowed" from Garth Webber. It's the intro to one of his tunes. I'll post it when I get home today.

I think this POD is going to be some fun!!!

Yes, I heard something you did with your Toneport and almost got one of those. It sounded really good to me!

    Hi Loren,

Very nice sounding and musical clip.
I passed on getting the PODxt at the time it came on the market. Now I'm reconsidering. What amp model did you use?

    Cheers,

    Mats N

    Hi Mats,
Thanks!! That clip was made right after I took it out of the box. I think the patch I used was 4D Du Hast Treadplate Dual. Like I said, I'm just getting started with this unit, but I've played more in the last 2 days, than I have in the last 2 weeks!!!

Well here are two clips of the new Glaswerks Super Overdrive 50 watt amp... Tonespotters. Baker RF on bridge.

I am still fine tuning things. On the first clip I start out with the clean fat switch engaged. Then half way through I switch it off. No local feedback on V1.

The second clip has feedback and the fat switch on the whole time. More gain on this one. Presence set 1 number higher as well.

    Dumbleator on both.

Both clips are in non HRM (no post od stack) mode.

Sorry for the clams and all..... Another 1 take before work quicky!

I'll toss in the other take... LOL This is the HRM mode. But, I have the treble trim a tad low. At least there were a few decent ideas in it.

Wow, some great takes on this backing!

Cool solo, Loren. The Pod sounds great, but I still like your "live" tone better. ;)

Mehanov, great playing and tone! Your MP3 was VERY slow downloading so I took the liberty of putting it up on my site for faster downloading. Here's the link: http://thenormster.com/MP3/Loop_8_Impro.mp3

Scott, what can I say, if I could "clam" like that I'd be a happy camper. :)
I liked the tone on the first clip a little better than the second. It seemed crisper and more dynamic. I guess I prefer an "edgier" tone.
