Perhaps not what you guys expected. My folks had Véronique Sanson's "De l'autre côté de mon rêve" album when I was groing up. It was my guilty pleasure when I grew tired of my steady diet of Led Zeppelin, Yes, ELP and Genesis.

Enjoy.

Yeah I guess I thought you were talking about the Styx song, which would fit perfectly with your steady diet of Led Zeppelin, Yes, ELP, and Genesis. I also guess I like the Styx song a whole lot better.

I also had that Styx Equinox album. My fave from that is still Midnight Ride though. That album rocked but so did Véronique. I guess I had quite a crush on the cover photo as well. She also had that tune on there which was quite a hit IIRC:

That Lorelei girl inspired a bazillion songs. She must have been quite something. I hear her spirit still bewitches men while sitting on the eponymous rock in the Rhine river.

I saw that tour, they opened for ZZ Top. Good live band.

I saw the tour before that too, Equinox, that was also very good. Opening for Kiss Alive tour I think.
