I haven't had much time with it but clearly this is one of the best OD pedals I've ever plugged into! It's so very amp-like in response, the OD is very natural sounding, it blends well with the amp's tone, and the treble booster circuit sounds wonderful - much more interesting than the usual hi-cut tone control. This is a great fit for the open slot on my pedalboard.

The Eternity I have was special orderedby the original owner to be a low gain version - I'm told it has roughly half the gain of a stock Eternity. I'd like to talk to Sean about modding this one back to stock as there's a little less gain than I'd like with the OD control all the way up. Can someone here PM me with contact information for Sean?

Thanks all! Clips to follow soon :)

bummer man, cause without being modded, you can get really low gain and pretty high gain too. PM Sean, his name is Magicboy. I'm going to go play through mine...

My Eternity is also a low to med gain pedal. It's very clean on it's lightest setting, and that's the way I like it. For added fun try mixing the Eternity with either of these Fab 50's .

Atta boy! I'm loving mine more and more after having it about 2 weeks now. So sweet, so versatile...enjoy!
Do you have an assortment of chips to try? If you're looking for a bit more gain, that might help change things around somewhat. Aaron's right, the stock Eternity has killer low gain sounds and high gain sounds..

Mine arrived with only the stock unmarked chip. I'll eventually get around to trying others but I'm loving the tone as is. Man, this is one sweet OD pedal!

    Sean,
Will you be taking orders for the Eternity anytime soon? I might just have to order one for my Christmas present to myself :)

    Texsunburst59,
I love the color of that Eternity you have. Very cool! I remember seeing one that Aaron got (I think a greenish color) that looked awesome too! Do you get to pick the color?

The Eternity shares some common ground with the CJOD in that they both have no particular 'sweet spot'. As long as either pedal is on the tone is guaranteed to be sweet! I'm loving the Eternity! Thanks Perry :)

Another happy Eternity owner here. I don't know why it took me so long to see the light but I'm glad I took my blinders off. Sweet sustain and cleans up beautifully with the volume control on both Strats and LP's. I almost traded for that "low gain' Eternity but it didn't work out so i bit the bullet and bought new. Absolutely no buyers remorse on this end.

I'm really diggin' the treble boost tone control. There are many great tones throughout its range. What a great OD pedal!

    Cool Deaj!

Are you going to have Sean wire it to normal Eternity specs?

I hate sounding like a goo, goo, ga, ga broken record, but the Eternity really is *that* cool!!

I'm going to resume jamming with it and my tele!!
