Does anyone use the Lovepedal VIBE?? I see that they have added an LED as well as a jack on the latest version.. I am stuck between this and the Voodoolabs Microvibe for the best quality of sound. I want that deep rich warble sound and I've heard the Micro-Vibe is great too. I know that the VIBE pedal does not have the photo-cell however I know its highly recommended by a lot of folks.

Which one would you get for $150 and why?? Thanks

I had the Lovepedal Vibe. I chose it over both the Voodoo Lab Mcro Vibe and the BBE Soul Bender...both of which I only tested in the stores (but didn't bond). I only sold the MagicBoy because I wanted more flexibility, and I upgraded to a Sweetsound Mojo Vibe.

    My 0.2$:

For $150 (or less used on TGP): Lovepedal MagicBoy Vibe
For $220 (what they sell for used on TGP): Mojo Vibe

For $150, the LED and the 9v did me in on the MagicBoy...I ordered it a week ago. Also, there was a video of some dude who was playing it onstage for the first time, testing it with 'Little Wing', and at one point the dude got THAT smile on his face....we've all been there. That did it for me, too. Now, just waiting for that lovely email from DHL.:crazy I will, of course, post a little sumthin' after it's been put through it's paces.:dude

...I had one for a while and really liked it...very versatile for a one knob pedal!

...I loved the knob turned all the way to the right (or close) for a cool Leslie/rotary type "vibe."

...I used it on this tune:

    http://www.soundclick.com/bands/page_songInfo.cfm?bandID=520097&songID=5290558

...like I said, I really liked it...I think it does a good slow swhirl ala David Gilmour too...it's more of a subtle 'vibe;)and maybe not for everyone that wants to do Machine Gun or whatever.

...to me, it's like a combination phaser, chorus, and univibe in one...that said, a univibe is a phaser, but you know what I mean...I would have kept it, except I bought an Axe-Fx Ultra and have since sold all my pedals...)

I thought the Magicboy Vibe was great, especially for the price.

I dug my magic boy. Traded it off, and wish I hadn't.

Here's the video. Jeez, it took some WORK to find it. Hope I didn't build your hopes up too much: it's short, the sound isn't great (of course), but the guy does get THAT GRIN on his face about 2/3 of the way thru.:AOK

It`s it`s own thing. If you really want a vibe I`d get a real one.

For a small package: It has certain vibe sounds and you can do tings with the trimmer. If you use vibe for subtle things also I`d recommend the VoodooLab. There are many other options though and new one`s coming all the time. You can get a small KR and the upcoming Foxrox looks interesting, too.

Got my DHL notification yesterday. INCOMING VIBE!!!

I also noticed on the lovepedal site that there's a new pic of the vibe, different from the plain white box that was shown when I ordered it. It has the large "Vibe" logo & the smaller lovepedal logo...looks great and I can already picture it on my board right before the 'E'. It's gonna be a rough couple of days while I wait....

it looks like all his new pedals got a new face...probably due to the issue of a powder coater failure (or somethin of the sort). I dont mind... I ordered a 200lbs and it would be my first white pedal ;)
