Finally! Listened to 468.6 clips of different acoustic pickups over the last 3 months. Made a decision, Baggs M1A and GC had it in stock. Good enough.
Had my guitar guy lower the nut, which needed it badly, and lower the upper side of the saddle. Also polished the frets and oiled the board.
The Baggs M1A was installed and replaced a borrowed Fishman Neo-D. Night and day difference. I going to gig it tomorrow. The pickup has a much crisper top, much more acoustic sounding low end. We shall see tomorrow through the PA.
