Jim Breuers son Joe Burrow has endured a hard life, including the traumatic
firing of his father from SNL, and then his father being forced to appear on
That Metal show alongside the unfunny Don Jamieson, and fake laugh at
    Dons jokes.

This kid can take anything that is thrown at him.

Their most impressive win, Clemson didn't lay down! That targeting ejection didn't help, but it was the right call, CF has been more consistent on that in recent years.

    This is rather debatable.

I bet their are a couple Miami, Nebraska and USC teams out there that would have something to say about that

Umm, didn’t you see he said “period?” You’re not allowed to question things after that.

And Texas/USC was definitely a better game. Period, exclamation point!

    Congrats, Tigers!

Ok, next week, OSU vs LSU. Let's hold it at Texas Stadium. Not even saying OSU would definitely win, I just think it would be a great game. I want to see LSU's Chase matched up against Okudah (projected to be drafted fifth). And could LSU stop JK Dobbins as he ran 70 times, keeping Burrow on the sideline.

Beat all top four-ranked teams. Never been done before. Beat 7 of the top ten. I am not an LSU fan but they dominated this last season like no other team.

So I had my wife and her friend talking loudly :rolleyes2: during most of the game.....didn't hear the commentator ref on the lowering the head thing. I thought it had to be helmet-to-helmet (which is what I was saying was close).

It was the correct call, but a shame for Clemson. I don't think it changes the outcome. Burrow was on fire after the 1st.

No one can argue that LSU doesn't have the most impressive resume. "Greatest" is subjective. Tebow and McElroy said it's debatable, but that they definitely have a case. That offense put 700 yards and 42 points on the "#1" defense. (not sure they are #1 vs stronger competition.)

As said, no one has beaten 7 Top10 teams, and no one has beaten more than 2 Top4 teams. LSU beat four.

OSU lost to the team LSU just beat convincingly. :dunno

They beat the four Top 4 teams by a combined score of 188-104. (average of 47-26)

    That's a 21 point margin.

    What are you talking about?

GA, Bama, OK, and Clem were all legit (as in legit where they were ranked when LSU played them). The only team you could say didn't deserve the ranking at the time played was Texas.

    Thank you sir. :)

Those numbers are just "silly", as Tebow said postgame.
