Another of my favorite Lukather solos. Axe-Fx II XL FW18. I am using the same Lukather preset that is already posted on the AxeChange.

How friggin' timely! We just added this and "She's a Beauty" to our setlist.... I just put together a backing track for She's a beauty this afternoon. "Talk to ya later" to come this week... This will help me flesh out that outro solo.

Nice job as usual. That long ending run looks tough as i thought it'd be....

Nailed! Very Nice tone and playing. Lukather is one of the reasons I played a stereo rig back in the eighties. Thanks Mark, that brings back some memories!

Awesome, Mark. Stellar tone and playing... :dude

Could you cop Luke's solo in Olivia's Newton-John "Queen of the publication", if you are so inclined? It's one of my faves!

No wonder I loved that song so much! I never knew it was Lukather. He has made so many recordings stand out he deserves more attention than so many of his contemporaries who get the limelight just for being 'rock stars' and yet they are mediocre players.

    Great job too!

Luke is just so great and a super funny guy. I had the pleasure of working on his rig in LA and watching him play close up...unbelievable!!!
