I finally got around to recording a few Mad Professor clips. All clips Chapin Strat->Fender Reverb Unit->MP->Bob Burt 2x12w/Emi Wizards. Recorded with a royer microphone into protools, no eq or fx added. Also a couple clips with my 335 and with the BJF mint green mini vibe. Start with the normal clips and then move onto abnormal and fet!! Check em out.

Great clips, Josh. I loved the Tweedy type tone and the BF with the Chapin, particularly.
    Great combination.

You're such a useful guy to have around - ! Masterful playing too, if I might add.:angel

    Thanks, Pete.

    Josh,
I just clocked the Chapin Strat/Abnormal/Focus 3 track - beautiful rich sound, man.

I can't wait to get home where I have audio on my computer.

For those of you who haven't heard Josh play yet, you'll be stoked. He has great taste and great ability, both of which he demonstrated for me a couple weeks ago over the phone. AWESOME tone, IMHO.

Even better, he has great attitude, an often overlooked part of being a professional player. Josh is WAY PRO; a real player's player.

And he truly love to play.

The Chapin Strat and Mad Professor amp together sounded so good on the phone last week in Josh's hands that I was moved to write Bill and Bjorn to tell them both what a gem of guitar player he is, and what great sounding products they both make. They'd both do well to have him endorse their fine products, IMHO.

I think I'm taller than Josh - Thank God for small favors (GRIN)

    Thanks for the clips, Dana

Thanks guys!! Whats crazy, is that is probably only half of the tones in this amp!! I just twiddle with the knobs and find something new all the time.

Outstanding - fantastic playing Josh! The MP sounds incredible!

I really didn't need to hear this amp though :(. No way I could get away with purchasing another amp beyond the $2,000 price point anytime soon. My wife is cool about this stuff but we'll want to retire someday and my kids going to go to college eventually. I need a bigger paycheck.

    Someday maybe :)
