Making Control Cavity Cover

    got a ESP LTD baritone guitar missing the CC cover. What materials are good/cheap to use to make a control cavity cover?

    Staples website page - theres a single item for sale only the color says 'smoke'. It may be black, it may not.

    Thanks, not sure of the thickness. I may look into plexiglass.

    Stew Mac or LMI might have sheets of pick guard material.

    I like getting pg blanks from warmoth. The prices are good and they sell small blanks for control cavities and such.

    Get a sheet of material from Stewmac, make a paper template, cut out rough with jig or hacksaw, file and sand to fit.
