    I have no idea what a "DSP sample rate reducer pedal" does....
    distortion?

    bit crusher.

    it's like a sample of your sound where the fidelity is MUCH lower. Essentially, it sounds like an old Nintendo

    FWIW, imo, "DSP sample rate reducer pedal" is pretty descriptive. I can't think of a simpler way to describe a bit crusher in 5 words.

    wayyyyy different pedals from my understanding... the bit commander isn't a bit crusher...

    i have a bit crusher from mid-fi that is insane but a simple and small one might be of use too... need clips!!!
