Here's something I did a few years ago that I just found on my computer which I think captures some interesting sounds from My Slash 2555 through my late 80's 4x12 with 25 watt Celestion greenbacks.

click on the song - " you Should Know "

Also check out " I'll be there "

The rest of the clips are with my Alessandro English

Sounded great man! The Jubilee's/Slash heads remain my fave Marshall. Generally I've found that I prefer the Slash heads over the Jubilee's. They seem stronger/thicker. Could be age and different Xformers, dunno.

Thanks for sharing! I always love to hear a Jubilee/Slash in action.

thanx for the comments.

i tend to agree that of all the marshalls I've ever played the slash 2555 remains at the top of my list.
i particularly like the Slash head with 4x12 greenbacks that are well broken in!

Have you ever tried the JVM? How does it compare to the Slash head?

Nice playing.
I think your tone on here doe sget one aspect of that amp, that apsect that is so often overlooked on these amps is that they can get that nice creamy gain usually not associated with MArshalls.
